Hopefully that brings everyone pretty much up to date on the info they missed this evening. We only have two more SU meetings. And at our May SU meeting we are having the banana split party, below is a reminder about how that will work.
At this 1st meeting in August (actually it represents the meeting for Sept) I will keep a chart with each leader and each meeting on it and for every meeting that you attend you will get a mark on the chart which represents one item that will go on your end of the year banana split. You can earn up to nine items and they are as follows: Banana, one scoop of ice cream, 2nd scoop of ice cream, 3rd scoop of ice cream, choc. topping, strawberry topping, pineapple topping, whip cream and a spoon (bowl is a freebie). In May we will have a Service Unit Banana Split party and each leader will receive the items for how many meetings they attended. If a leader does not have all of the items, like a spoon, she can buy it with a donation of money to the JLWFF.

Subject: Thinking Day, 315 Western Washington
Hello fellow Girl Scouts, I am a Brownie Girl Scout leader in Bremerton, WA. Our service unit has chosen to have each troop participating in our Thinking Day event to represent one of the states in the US. Our troop has chosen Oregon. We are looking for any information (pamphlets, flyers, pictures, etc.) that you can share with us regarding your council, and what the girls do as far as activities and events in your council (especially events that are culturally relevent to your region). Also we would love to have a council patch or some other token that our troop can put on our Thinking Day display. Thank you,Melanie LeemanTroop #2483 4028 Redwing Trl NWBremerton, WA 98312-9616 360.271.7347
